Why was my credit card billed?

Your credit card was billed for access to VR (Virtual Reality) video content. Your billing statement may not represent the website you purchased on (for privacy reasons).

How do I cancel my account?

​

Please log into the VR video website and then visit the “Billing” page. The “Billing” page can be accessed under the menu at the top right on desktop - or top left menu on mobile. Once you’re on the “Billing” page click on the “Change Plan” link. Then click on the “Cancel Subscription” link near the bottom of the page. After completing these steps you will receive no further charges.

I was billed without my consent. What can I do?

​

Contact us, we will investigate the account information and look into the location where the credit card charge was performed. If we find evidence of fraud we will resolve the issue.
